Use of Service

Quiz and Results

Assessment Accuracy

Our love language assessment is based on Dr. Gary Chapman's Five Love Languages framework and enhanced with AI. While we strive for accuracy:

• Results are for informational and entertainment purposes
• Results should not be considered professional psychological advice
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes or improvements in relationships
• Results may vary based on how honestly you answer questions

Invitations

When you invite someone to compare results or play Love Lab games, you warrant that you have their consent to share their email address with our Service. We are not responsible for disputes arising from unauthorized invitations.

Love Lab Games

Game Content

Love Lab provides interactive relationship games including Mind Reader and other experiences. By using Love Lab:

• You agree that game results are for entertainment and relationship enrichment purposes
• AI-generated questions and insights are personalized but not professional advice
• Game data (questions, answers, scores) may be stored to provide the service
• Games may expire after a period of inactivity (typically 7 days)

Game Invitations

When inviting others to Love Lab games:

• You must have the recipient's consent before sending invitations
• Do not send invitations to harass, spam, or mislead others
• Game links are private and should only be shared with intended participants
• We may limit the number of invitations to prevent abuse

User Conduct in Games

Love Lab is designed to strengthen relationships through playful interaction. You agree not to use games to deceive, manipulate, or harm other participants. Abuse of game features may result in account suspension.

Payments and Subscriptions

Premium Features

Some features require payment. By purchasing premium features:

• You agree to pay all fees at the prices in effect when charges are incurred
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You authorize us to charge your payment method

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products:

• All sales of premium reports are final
• Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion for technical issues
• To request a refund, contact support@lovelanguages.ai within 7 days of purchase

Billing Disputes

If you believe you were incorrectly charged, contact us at support@lovelanguages.ai within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and respond promptly.

Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LoveLanguages.ai and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes quiz questions, Love Lab games, AI-generated insights, and all platform features.

Your Content

By submitting content (quiz responses, game answers, feedback, etc.), you grant us:

• A worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and analyze your content
• Permission to use aggregated, anonymized data for research and improvement
• The right to display your results as part of the Service functionality

We will not share your individual results publicly without your explicit consent.

Trademarks

"LoveLanguages.ai", "Love Lab", and our logo are trademarks. You may not use these without our prior written permission.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Service "As Is"

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

Not Professional Advice

Our assessments, games, and insights are for informational and entertainment purposes only. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoveLanguages.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Third-Party Services

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (including payment processors, social media, etc.) that are not owned or controlled by LoveLanguages.ai.

Termination

• Purchased reports may no longer be accessible
• Active Love Lab games may be terminated

You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in courts located in the United States.
